Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) before using Events24x7. Organisers, coordinators and staff agree to these Terms by using the platform; if you do not agree, please do not use it. How we handle guests' personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

1. About the platform

Events24x7 is operated by Yogtra Systems Private Limited (“Yogtra”, “we”, “us” or “our”). It provides event coordination services — guest management, WhatsApp invitations, reminders, live event updates, replies from guests and event pages — to event organisers and their guests.

2. Who may use Events24x7

• Event organisers — people or organisations who engage Yogtra to run an event and its guest messages.
• Staff and coordinators — Yogtra's team, who manage every event, and coordinators to whom Yogtra gives access at an organiser's request (for example a family member or a venue contact) for the specific events they help run. Everyone signs in with Google.
• Guests — people whose details an organiser has provided, who receive WhatsApp messages about the event or open its event page.

If you have received a WhatsApp message from us about an event, it is because its organiser gave us your number for that event, or because you wrote to us first. Event pages are public links that organisers share with their guests.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the platform for anything unlawful under Indian law
• try to access any part of the platform you have not been given access to
• interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers
• scrape, crawl or extract data from the platform with automated tools
• impersonate anyone or give false information
• use the platform to send guests messages they have not agreed to receive

4. WhatsApp messages

Events24x7 sends WhatsApp messages on behalf of event organisers through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. The organiser confirms that every guest whose phone number it gives us has agreed to receive WhatsApp messages about the event, and that all messages sent for its event follow the WhatsApp Business Policy ↗.

For any guest under 18, the organiser also confirms that it has the consent of the child's parent or guardian to share the child's details with us.

A guest who no longer wants an event's messages can reply “STOP” to our WhatsApp number or write to admin@yogtra.com. Our team reads every message and will take them off that event's list within 7 days; a message already scheduled may still arrive in the meantime.

5. Personal data

How we collect and use personal data — guest details, message records and replies, and staff sign-in details — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Events24x7 platform — its design, code, branding and content — belongs to Yogtra Systems Private Limited. Nothing in these Terms gives you the right to use our trademarks, logos or other brand elements without our written permission.

Event content — invitation text, guest details, schedules, and photographs or videos a family provides — belongs to the organiser or the family. Yogtra uses it only to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers

Events24x7 is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that the platform will always be available or error-free, or that every WhatsApp message will be delivered — delivery depends on Meta's systems and the recipient's phone and network.

WhatsApp is a product of Meta Platforms. Events24x7 and Yogtra Systems Private Limited are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent Indian law allows, Yogtra Systems Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including missed event messages, WhatsApp delivery failures or data loss. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

9. Suspension and ending the service

We may suspend or end access to the platform if these Terms are broken or for another genuine operational reason. When an organiser's service ends, the organiser can ask us to delete the event's data, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
